With rotating wall clouds and blown-over buildings in Sherburne, Isanti and Anoka Counties, the weather was pretty threatening this afternoon about 40 miles to the north, but down at Fort Snelling State Park it was just an interesting procession of downpours, bright sunshine, cooling breezes and more downpours.
